Who Qualifies?
All Iowa students K-12 coming from homeschool or public school qualify. All kindergartners qualify.
All students who qualified this year automatically qualify next year.
Students transferring from another accredited nonpublic school must meet income guidelines (400% of 2024 poverty level--$124,800 for family of 4).

Application: Parents must apply between April 1 and June 30, 2024. You will have to prove Iowa residency. If you filed taxes with Iowa last year, the system will match your social security number and with your taxes to prove residency. If you did not file taxes with Iowa, you will be asked to prove residency.
